Collective bargaining negotiations for universities are about to start
Negotiations on a collective agreement for universities start on 4 February 2025. The validity of the general collective agreement for universities ends on 31 March 2025.
2025 Pension reform
According to the calculations of the Finnish Centre for Pensions, the reform strengthens pension financing.
