The Board of the Finnish Union of University Professors met on 11.10.2024 and discussed, among other things, the plan of activities and budgets for 2025. In addition, the Board discussed the Union’s collective bargaining objectives for the next round of negotiations and took note of publication by Akava Works Gender distribution within higher education administration.

Akava Works has published a study “Gender distribution within higher education administration”. General Meeting to be held on 11 October
The General Meeting of the Union in Helsinki has been moved to a larger location. The lunch before the meeting at 12pm will be at the previously announced location, Marski by Scandic. The Meeting will take place at 1pm at Scandic Helsinki Hub, address Annankatu 18. There will also be a post-meeting Cocktail Event at the Helsinki Hub.
