Meeting of the Board of the Finnish Union of University Professors, 22 March 2024

The Board of the Finnish Union of University Professors met on 22 March 2024 and, among other things, approved the financial statements to be presented to the Council.

At its meeting, the Board

• approved the financial statements to be presented to the Council
• approved the Annual Report 2023 and decided to submit it to the Council
• discussed the Investment asset situation of the Union
• discussed the labour market situation
• took note that the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) and the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health have started change negotiations.
• took note of stakeholder meetings: meeting with the Executive Director of Universities Finland UNIFI and meeting with the CEO and the Chair of Finnish Education Employers (FEE).
