Salary survey of the Finnish Union of University Professors for 2022

The material for the Union salary survey for 2022 is comprised of the statistics provided by employers on the salaries paid in September 2022 to full professors, associate professors and assistant professors at universities as well as statistics provided by research institutes concerning the salaries of professors, research professors, those on the tenure track and research directors. Additionally, Yrjö Lauha, CEO of Focus Master Oy, conducted a salary survey amongst the working Union members in September 2022.
