Towards well-managed, community-based universities and university democracy – university regulations and management and democracy in Finland from the point of view of professors
Jari Stenvall’s report examines the significance the university regulations governing university administration have had on professors’ possibilities for influence in terms of management and university democracy. The report is based on interviews with professors from different universities.
The report is a continuation of Stenvall’s university regulation report, in which he reviewed the regulations in place at Finnish universities and wrote an overall assessment.
